  • What is the 90-Day Report?

    The 90-Day Report is a legal requirement for foreigners residing in Thailand for more than 90 consecutive days. They must report to the Immigration Office every 90 days to confirm their residence status and current address without leaving the country.

  • Who needs to complete the 90-Day Report?
    • Holders of Work Visa (Non-Immigrant B)
    • Holders of Retirement Visa (Non-Immigrant O Retirement)
    • Holders of Marriage or Dependent Visa (Non-Immigrant O)
    • Holders of Guardian/Child Support Visa (Non-Immigrant O)
    • Holders of Education Visa (Non-Immigrant ED)
    • Any foreigner permitted long-term stay in Thailand
  • Why is 90-Day Reporting required?
    • Allows Immigration to verify and update foreign residents’ addresses accurately

  • How can you report every 90 days?
    • In person – at the Immigration Office using TM.47 form
    • By post – send registered documents at least 15 days before due date
    • Online – via https://tm47.immigration.go.th
    • Through an authorised representative – with a power of attorney and required documents
  • Documents required for 90-Day Reporting
    • Completed TM.47 form
    • Original passport
    • Copy of passport personal data page
    • Copy of current visa
    • Copy of visa extension/entry stamp
    • Copy of TM.6 (arrival card)
  • What are the fines for late 90-Day Reporting?
    • 2,000 THB if reported late in person
    • 4,000 THB if caught by Immigration officers without reporting
  • Things to know about 90-Day Reporting
    • Reporting is required even if the address has not changed
    • If you leave and re-enter Thailand, the 90-day count restarts
    • Any address change must be reported within 24 hours
    • Reports can be submitted up to 15 days before or within 7 days after the due date
